For the nature of new leaders
the story and examples are great, I was able to associate with my own experiences. I consider myself a natural leader but did not have foundation or literature on things that I was already doing and this book helped me find out why, also helped me to level up my skills as well.

Is Everyone's Fingerprints on the Blueprint?
I came across this book in early 2023 after viewing one of Carla A. Harris' videos on instagram. I liked her quick message and decided to purchase her latest book "Lead to Win." The book arrived at the perfect time in my life because I was unexpectedly thrust into a leadership position. Carla provided great examples to support each lesson and I used them to develop my leadership skills.
One of my favorite lessons was how to include people you lead in planning and executing an objective. Carla advised to make sure everyone's fingerprint wos on the blueprint. You have to learn how to INVOLVE others in the INITIAL planning process so they feel connected and invested in the ultimate outcome. Many times, we create in a vacuum then dole out orders that we expect others to blindly follow. Many times, we could've created a better product if we INITIALLY sought the input of others who will be directly involved and expected to bring those ideas to fruition.
I've decided to lead in a way that includes key stake holders in the beginning phase of the planning process so we can achieve the best outcomes possible.
I highly recommend this book for every day leadership.

Great For Leaders and Future Leaders
