About this listen

A vigilante is stalking the streets of Kansas City administering his own brand of justice when the justice system fails.

Criminals are being executed right under the noses of the police department.

In Lady Justice and the Vigilante, a new recruit to the City Retiree Action Patrol steps up to help Walt and Ox bring to an end his reign of terror.

But not everyone wants the vigilante stopped. His bold reprisals against the criminal element of Kansas City have inspired the average citizen to take up arms and defend themselves.

As the body count mounts, public opinion is split - is it justice or is it murder?

A moral dilemma that will leave you laughing and weeping.

Fun and unexpected

Robert Thornhill and George Kuch are both very talented. I love the humor in these books. They are easy listens that keep one on edge. This story is a standalone and part of a series. I have listened to a few of the books in this series in no particular order and have not had any problems. I enjoy the fact that these stories take place in Kansas City and have references to actual places. Great story

Lady justice series will keep you laughing and wonder what the the hell will these old folks do next. Maggie and Walt make a good team even though she is not part of the “CRAP” team. The entire story line is fantastic keep them coming back for more.

Is Someone Else Helping Lady Justice

Once again Walt, Ox and their assortment of senior friends are caught up in one of the moral dilemmas of the day. Someone is taking up the mission of righting the wrong that the legal loopholes have let happen. Walt and Ox become part of the task force hunting down the Vigilante. As always Lady Justice brings suspense, mystery, and humor to the subject. And, as always, Walt’s friend help add their own twists to the story.
The lady Justice books are always a great read and well worth the time spent.

Another Winner!

Again this author covered a thought provoking yet controversial topic of vigilantism. Sometimes it seems the system works against the victims. This book provided another perspective.

Great Mystery Series

I found a fun series to listen to when I need a break from horror it is the Lady Justice series. I love the characters of Walt, Ox, Maggie, Mary and his extended family and friends. The books cover thought provoking subjects (pros and cons) with humor. This book is about Vigilantes and the narration is great. I always get upset when they end. Book #7

Book #7 in the Lady Justice series and they just keep getting better. They are always fun with a little moral teaching and a lot of humor. Great series and I have enjoyed listening to them on Audible. George Kuch does a great job with the narration too. This was a gift with the understanding I would leave an honest review.

You'll never guess what happens!

The author provided me with a complimentary copy of this audiobook with no expectation of a review. Wow! I was totally surprised by the ending of this book! Once again, I couldn't put it down and listened to it all in one sitting. The only bad thing about this book was the fact that it ended and I have to wait for the next audiobook. I know I could read the books, but after hearing George Kuch bring Walt and the gang to life, I just can't bring myself to go back to reading the books. The audiobooks are just so much of a treat to experience.
