Amazing Bundle

A good audiobook for kids to meditate day or night.
No matter the time of day or night, these meditations are perfect for your child as well as the parents to listen to. Some of my favorite meditations include the body scan and muscle relaxation. One of the cool perks is choosing not only which meditation you want you and your child to listen to, but you can also choose which background as well.
This is a highly recommended title for those who want to find some time in their day— anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes— to pause and relax.

I’d recommend this book for parents
I found this book to be concise, informative, and designed to appeal to the child’s need for concrete--as opposed to abstract—conceptualization of this, otherwise cerebral, topic.

Very Helpful Book
Really simple and fun to use. A side benefit is that I find myself relaxing along with my daughter! I'm very happy to find techniques that don't take a lot of time and get immediate results. And the fact that the cards as so attractive make them appealing to kids. I got a free review copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left a review.

Meditation is very powerful.
I will say the vocabulary used by the narrator is a little mature for a 5 year old, but shes learning! Never assume your kid cant understand, they are smart little angels!
