Learning about the basics, pros and cons and how keto Diet works is vital before plunging in the diet. I feel positive right after I finished the book. I really want to lose weight. I also bought a copy of Keto recipes from the same author.

There are a lot of things about Ketogenic diet that I think may work well with my lifestyle. For one, I prefer fats than carbs. Though it seems to be a strict diet, making sure not to slip off the Ketosis, it proves to have worked on others so might as well give it a try.

Macros are given priorities in this diet. As long as we hit our macros which is high fat, low carb and moderate protein, we will achieve Ketosis. The book explored deeper on the basis of Ketogenic diet as well as the recipes. Loved the recipes!
