Second Chance

Zach Dare is the last brother without a partner. He's not interested in anyone since his high school love disappeared before prom without a word. He got into hacking trying to find her. Hadley didn't have a choice as to whether to leave and she was instructed not to contact anyone because the family was going into witness protection because of her father's actions. She had to change her name and learn to take care of her sister. Now they are on the run again since her father didn't learn from the last time. She sees a story about Zach and how he has helped people and hopes he can help them. When Zach sees Hadley, he's shocked. Will he forgive her and get over the lack of communication? Will he be able to keep her and her sister safe? I like this series and the narrators.

I.loved this. I wish there were more then one narration. it was good it would have just given it that extra little yummy.

One of Carly’s strong series books. Enjoyed the idea that it wasn’t lust at first sight; rather an old relationship renewed!

I don't know how Carley Phillips does it. Each story pulls at your heart and draws you in. You feel for the characters. this story is beautiful and I loved it.

story line

I loved the sisters interactions and how the family's interacted with eachother and how accepting everyone is under the circumstances.

Unexpected second chance

The storyline in this book is really good. Such a nice twist on the second chance trope.
Hadley and Zach are such great characters. And as always, the secondary characters are stellar, and all the familiar characters play a nice role in the story.
Jason Clarke slayed the narration.🔥 Samantha Cook needs to work on making her characters distinct and on her male character voice in general.
