An empowering tale expertly narrated by the author
This compelling, sharp, and humorous narration about a remarkable woman energizes this story in a way that makes you cheer for her as she clears hurdle after hurdle both personally and professionally. Julia brilliantly rises to stressful situations that I'm afraid all too many women will find familiar. Men in the corporate world and husbands everywhere should listen with some humility and check themselves lest they perpetuate any of the toxic masculinity or childish traits that Julia challenges and overcomes. I'm looking forward to the next book in this series!
