Book was good but, adding politically charged remarks unnecessary. It takes away from the enjoyment of the story

A great Finder read

Somehow I overlooked this one from Joseph Finder...glad I came back to it..well done and a plot Finder makes believable, if you suspend belief as this trial lawyer did..still, an excellent read.

Not his best

Not bad but not as good as expected. Wimpy main character with many flaws. Decision making very flawed. Not the typical Nick Heller novel I’ve come to expect.

I loved everything about the new book

I've read every Joseph Finder book. Hope there are more to come. Would love to hear more from Juliana.

Interesting story...character development is great

But the Russian part is confusing at best. Still this is a book for those looking to hear a well-narrated
fiction title with a good story-line.

Finder’s best yet. A sheer heart attack on every page. Don’t miss it. LaVoy was awesome as well.

Great story

I really liked this story. Listened to it as walking. It kept my attention and had some interesting twists.

ok thriller, great performance. Got it on a sale on audible. not sure I would spend a full credit on it though.

Not Finder’s best

Overall arc of story wasn’t bad. But some annoying flaws and bad decisions involving main characters. And a Hallmark ending.

Excellent Listening

January was fantastic. Even when played on 1.5x because I was supposed to read this for a book club and slacked off. Great story that kept me intrigued. Didn’t care much about their slacker son Jake. It didn’t add much to the story but that’s a minor complaint. Exciting and what you’d want from a good thriller. Totally recommend.
