Practical book

Very useful, practical book to read and learn from. I would highly recommend it. However, I feel like I could summarize his whole message into one sentence: it's probably best to stick with low-cost, passively managed index funds that invest in the whole market.
Regardless, here's a few highlighted lessons learned:
- Types of investment, Common Investment Packages
- Costs compound just as returns do. Each fund's returns percentage is higher than what you'll actually get, so keep an eye on those costs and keep 'em low.
- Simplify your portfolio. All you really need are a few passively managed index funds. Active managers rarely outperform the benchmark index.
- And, to quote from the man himself: "The More the Managers Take, the Less the Investors Make." So rely less on middle-man advisors, if you can help it.
There are other great tidbits that you'll find in the book. All in all, I'd recommend it and, again, to borrow something from the book: "Don't take my word for it", follow the other reviewers' recommendations if you want your fair share of market returns.

It was very enlightening and educative and I learned a lot from it. This book is wonderful, once you start listening or reading it and if you are the type of person who likes to invest, and make money then this is for you! I'm always trying to make money on the side and love a good book that helps do exactly this!

This audiobook is truly an asset. Unlocking everything we need to know on how to invest and how stock market works, just incredible. The mind-blowing techniques are highly appreciated.Easy to understand methods to help you get out of your own way. Highly recommend.

too soon old, too late smart.

This is one of the best books I've ever read. I wish that they had required it in high school or college...oh well, too soon old, too late smart.
The book tells in detail how to analyze securities and the commentary chapters give recent, headline making, examples of the folly of the stock market.

super ideal and helpful

This book is very informative and easy to understand. The bold words defining financial lingo is super ideal and helpful! Recommend to anyone trying educate themselves on how the market works. This book helps me understand a lot more about investing. It also provides resources for different topics which are very helpful in investing.

Last book on investing

Read it, act, or forget it, like many other truths you have ever read. Amazingly clear and easy to understand, yet mostly ignored advice. It may be the last book on investing you may ever have to read.

A very introductory book.

Bought it for my nephew who expressed interest in a stock market. Wanted to start him with something basic. This book is exactly what I was looking for. A very introductory book that covers a lot of subjects in a clear and concise way.

An excellent material

This is excellent material to build a strong foundation for a beginner. This teacher is incredible and a great narrator as well.
