Incredible audiobook!
I listened to a lot of books about nutrition and healthy eating. I know several people who are practicing intermittent fasting and others who follow the Mediterranean Diet. I really liked that the author shows how to combine the two. My favorite part of the book, however, was the section on the different ways to practice intermittent fasting. Emma Collins did her job!
