This book is full of practical tips for how to finally get some sleep. It focuses on short term solutions as well as the long term fixes needed for true sleep hygiene. If you are tired of having to pop pills and living on too few hours of sleep this book can make all the difference. You will be introduced to how helpful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is in changing thought patterns and managing the stress that is often the true cause of the problem. I think it is amazing that it also included prayer and faith as ways of getting the help you need. This is a great book that I highly recommend!›

Holistic Approach to Achieving Restful Sleep!
Having kids, I don't have a good night's sleep, mostly I slept only a few hours during the night. I know this is not good for me in the long run. But I don't like to take pills over the counter. I rather find something more holistic way, and this book provides practical advice and step-by-step guidance on how to incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, diet, nutrition, and prayer to piece into daily routines and make lifestyle changes that promote better sleep hygiene.

Great Help
A poor night of sleep sets us up for a poor day to follow. This guide provides multiple reasons why people struggle to sleep and gives many solutions to help solve the things stopping you sleep in the first place. This guide is very simple to follow, and is explained well. It is good to see that the author gives solutions to problems instead of handing out symptoms as this will be a long-term fix for people who struggle with insomnia. I recommend this audiobook to others.

Awesome Guide: Great Listen
This audiobook is one of the most easy to follow and engaging as well as helpful because it's Educational but it's for people who are new to the subject as well. Get to sleep!
This is an absolute game-changer! I've been struggling with poor sleep and insomnia for years, trying countless remedies and techniques with no success. But since listening to this audiobook, my life has changed! The CBT techniques are super helpful, and the author's suggestions about diet have been eye-opening. I started to notice an improvement in my sleep within just a few nights of listening. When I added the sleep meditations and prayers suggested by the author, I finally achieved the results I'd been hoping for! The narrator's voice is incredibly soothing, which makes it so easy to relax and drift off. I cannot recommend this audiobook enough!

There's hope for insomniacs!
As an insomniac who has tried everything under the sun (and the moon), this book delivers on its promise to give me hope for finding restorative sleep. Several ideas not mentioned by other resources
This is a valuable listen for anyone struggling with sleep issues. The book provides a comprehensive approach to overcoming insomnia and other sleep issues by combining CBT, diet and nutrition, and prayer.
The book was well-researched and provided a great amount of information. The author is clearly very knowledgeable about this topic. As a health coach, I've helped clients with better sleep for many years. This audiobook now arms me with new and innovative ideas and tools to better aid clients I support.
Also, my husband and I travel full-time. We've done this for many years. Thus, we find ourselves in different sleeping environments often. We recently had a horrid sleep experience and felt a bit hopeless about the situation. Our lack of sleep REALLY impacted us. Thanks to the info in this book, we have some new tools in our "good sleep toolbox".
Overall, Insomnia Solutions is a great resource for anyone looking for a comprehensive approach to overcoming sleep issues. It's my new go-to guide to share with friends and clients who ask me about help with the goal of better sleep.

Super helpful for my own insomnia
I just finished listening to the audiobook "Insomnia Solutions: A New Approach to Achieving Restful Sleep Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Diet and Nutrition, and Prayers for Peace" and I am blown away by how helpful it was.
Before listening to this audiobook, I had no idea that there were so many different possible causes of insomnia and that there are specific treatments for each. The author does an amazing job at explaining these different possible causes and the treatments that could help. I was especially surprised to learn that kids could be inflicted with insomnia, and that this could increase their likelihood of having insomnia later in life.
The self-assessment activities included in the audiobook made things so much easier for me to understand exactly what I needed to do for my own insomnia. I found the self-belief assessment to be particularly helpful.
I am really looking forward to trying out many of the CBTI treatments, starting out with sleep restriction. The author provides great examples for each CBTI technique, making it easy to follow along and understand.
The narrator's voice was soothing and perfectly matched the ambiance of the audiobook.
Overall, I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone who struggles with insomnia. It was informative, engaging, and most importantly, helpful.

Good night!
I’m so happy to have come across this audiobook. I have struggled with poor quality of sleep and outright insomnia for many years and have tried many sleep aids and techniques with little improvement. Since listening to this audiobook, I have been practicing the CBT techniques offered here as well as altering my diet as suggested by the author. I began to experience some improved sleep within a few nights. Then I’ve recently added the sleep meditations and prayers as suggested by the author and what a difference!
