Very enlightening

A lot of great information to show great ideas to increase success. For myself I'm going to need to listen multiple times to fully absorb.

Inspiring

I have taken to learning these amazing skills from this and their other books like Crucial Conversations with my 8 year old daughter. We listen on the drive to place pause talk about different concepts and continue. I always wonder if these skills are absorbed but than I find my self stopping and reconsidering my approach and I attribute it to the what I have learned through these books. My goal is to re-listen to these books every quarter to keep rhe skills fresh and hear something that I may have forgotten to make things better

Great leadership book. Thought provoking for any leader in any capacity that is seeking to make a positive change.

Everything honestly. it helped me bridge switch, traction and motivational interviewing all in one.

Did not download

I tried to download this title, but it only downloaded the sample. Perhaps that is why it has so few reviews. I will try the original edition.

Interesting but not helpful

Interesting stories but no real tie in on application. Didn’t find this to be helpful for leadership.

nothing like the original second edition, is just misleading. don't waste your time or waste your time

Hard pass

It’s like listening to eight hours of instructional video solely telling someone how to take a right at a stop light. This is jumbled with stories of third word disease, humbled ceos who visited janitors, and all you need to do is follow these six steps focusing on these three items using these seven tactics. What did I listen to?

Not a good use of time

He loves guinea worms and it is also repetitive . Would he better as a 1 ph synopsis
