About this listen

As hordes of infected continue their murderous rampage through the small town of Lost Hills, Vista County Sheriff Deputies Connor and Matt continue the battle to rescue their families from the deranged hands of Curtis White. Time is short as they fear he will settle his grudge by adding their families to the mounting number of bodies left in the wake of his destruction.

Meanwhile, Connor’s brother, Zeke, faces his own obstacles as he attempts to escape Atlanta before the virus unleashed in the Chinese bio-attack infects the entire population, turning people into ravenous, infected monsters.

The brothers face overwhelming odds as they fight to protect the people they care for and do the right thing in the face of crumbling humanity. Will Connor and Matt find their families and will Zeke make it across the country to reunite with his brother? Or will they be added to the mounting casualties piling up at the feet of ruthless outlaws and the infected?

Actually a bit more exciting than the first

The action is more compelling though the delivery and dialog are a bit wooden.

Even better than Infected: The Fall

Caleb Cleek and Chris Ritchie have teamed up again in this heart pounding sequel to Infected: The Fall. The story picks up at the cliff hanger where The Fall left off. Connor and his family continue their fight for survival against the infected and the anarchy that ensue as society continues to collapse. Infected: The Flight carries two story lines simultaneously, switching back and forth, but focusing the majority of the book on Connor's brother Zeke as he flees the outbreak of the infection in Atlanta and attempts to travel across the country to Connor. Infected: The Flight is jam packed with action scene after action scene. The characters are well developed and Chris Ritchie brings them to life with excellent character voices. His rich voice is a pleasure to listen to as he masterfully narrates the tale. If you enjoy a fast paced story with well developed characters, you can't go wrong with Infected: The Flight!

This book is truly captivating.

I loved it. I’ve always been fascinated with the “edge of your seat“ storylines and this one did not miss the mark.

Thanks

I was kind of enjoying the story until you decided to insert some totally unnecessary crab about liberals and CNN. It was totally unnecessary for the story line.
