This is In Shining Armor, book 2 of The Billionaires In Disguise, Runaway Princess: Flicka series, written by Blair Babylon. Wow!! Blair has us jumping through hoops and hiding behind bushes with this one! Now I can’t wait to get the next book in this amazing series!! Yes, it has a cliffhanger. Yes, it leaves us in a lurch. Yes, I’m going crazy waiting for the next one. Yes, I LOVED IT!! Flicka is hiding and running for her life with Dieter once again. The lengths that Pierre and his guards will go to find her will amaze and terrify you. My only hope is that Blair is writing as quickly as she possibly can

Run! Run! Runaway!

The narrators do a fabulous job with this story. Flicka has run from Pierre right into the waiting arms of her ever faithful Dieter. Flicka needs an annulment fast but she won't do it if it means those she loves will be in danger. So much action and a past comes to light... I read this book a few years ago but to have it read to me, just brought it all to life. Like I was right there in the story!!! kudos...

Will Flicka and Dieter get away?

I loved reading this series and am enjoying listening to it just as much. Jason Clarke and Lucy Rivers have brought the characters to life and made the drama and danger seem more real. Now to listen to the next in the series...

Great story

Love this series and it just keeps getting better. Narrators do a wonderful job with this book.

To protect the one you love

Dieter has watched Flicka grow from a young girl, into an incredibly beautiful woman. He has been tasked, by Wulfram, Flicka's brother, his best friend, to keep watch over Flicka, not fall in love with her.

Leaving Flicka was the hardest thing he has done...and all these years later, he still loves her. He vows, he will protect her this time, even if it means revealing his true identity. An identity, he has kept hidden for more than 15 years.

In Shining Armor

This segment is the story of Flicka's and Dieter's escape to the U.S. It also includes some of the Dieter/Raphael and Pierre back stories. Jason Clarke and Lucy Rivers do a marvelous job of bringing all of the characters to life. Whether by reading or listening, this is a wonderful continuation of Blair Babylon's story. I received an ARC and I am voluntarily reviewing this Audible performance. I recommend it.

Good addition to this series

I have been so excited about Flicka's story and with this next installment of it I was not disappointed. I enjoyed getting the background on her and Dieter's relationship as to how it formed as well as how she ended up with Pierre in the end. I am also intrigued as to see what the story is behind Dieter as well since that part of the story left me hanging! With the cliff hangers getting to the end may kill me with anticipation but so far (and nor have I ever been) disappointed in one of Blair's stories. The narration by Jason Clarke and Lucy Rivers continues to have me hooked on their story as the pair do a great job bringing this story to life. I can't wait for the next installment and a few more pieces to the puzzle of Dieter as well as to what will happen next with Flicka.

Flicka is amazing!

Holy mackerel! Such action and suspense. I am waiting on pins and needles for the next one.

Flicka suffers at the hands of her husband and is on the run! She is amazing - she has put all her being into hiding and finding a way to get her divorce.

Deiter is beside himself that she was hurt by Pierre. I feel sorry for Pierre...should Deiter ever encounter him again. Dieter is keeping Flicka safe and doing all he can to get her to where she needs to be to get her divorce.

Throughout it all, Flicka and Dieter are like they have not suffered away from each other for two years. They are so good for each other.

There is more action to come for sure! There are more and more people becoming embroiled in this story. Blair is an incredible author and I love reading her stories.

Past to present

This is book 2 of Flickr’s story. The narrators did an amazing job. This book gives you the past history of both Flicka and Dieter and how their journeys have brought them back together. Flicka is on the run and Dieter is the only one she trust to help her. Will Flicka be caught and will Dieter’s past finally catch up to him?

Great addition to the series

If you haven't read book 1 I would because this
book takes up were Once a pond a time left of.
Looking forward to the next book in the series
because this one finishes on a bit of a cliffhanger.
I would definitely recommend this book .
