Got more from this than I first thought as to be honest the first 20 mins were a bit boring but after getting through that I was surprised by just how much valuable, interesting and unique advice this book contained.

Excellent guide.
I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write a quick one for this book, as I not only really enjoyed it, I GAINED a lot from it which I am implementing in my personal and work life.
