Worthwhile, Short & Cheap

I wish it went into more detail on difficult bosses, but it did an amazing job in only 30 minutes. A lot of the advice is supported by psychology and has worked for me personally

nothing new

most people naturally know this information. There are a few good points on isolating behavior. But would like to have a limore in depth discusion. Do appreciate the fact that he mentioned addressing the readers shortcomingd, since we all have mixed personalities of some type or other.
