short but useful

the audiobook will not help you overcome procrastination or give you tips to focus as other have mentioned. however, this is not the goal of this audiobook, instead it's about the perspective we have on time and how we can change our mindset to make the most out of out time

Quick and easy

I am on the self development path and stumbled across this in the plus catalog. Didn't know anything about Laura until I looked her up. Her concept of 168 hours makes sense; perspective is everything, she definitely changed mine. Looking forward to tracking my time!

short and sweet

I thought the audio book was great, perfect book to listen to during a short walk or workout. Helps you reconsider how you view and value time and how to make the most of it. Excellent book references mentioned.
