Human Fleet desperately needs Styx's help, yet Supreme Commander Mazungu is terrified of ceding her, and Phoenix, too much power. And now Styx herself has competition, as Phoenix's shipboard AI Shali has just acquired a massive analysis program from reeh space, designed specifically to map Nia's mind and beat her.

Satisfaction.

I really enjoy this series a lot, I would say it is one of my favorite cyfy series available on audible and I've listened to a lot. This book is the meat. I've been waiting for for several books. Don't get me wrong. I enjoy the complexity of political situation, but to this book finally brought some Satisfaction to what he's been building to For many many books. To anyone who's reading this review that has not started the series it.This series is well worth your time.If you enjoy something that's a bit more intellectual than the average space opera. Well worth the listen I can't wait for the next one even though I'm probably gonna have to wait a couple of years.

John Lee kills it as always, and every book in this series has been fantastic including this one. I'll never stop preordering these.

I love this series

I'm always surprised to see that more people don't read this series it is one of the best space opera, military science fiction stories that I've ever read with complex catarors

Seemed short

A little anticlimactic…. Just a little. But still good stuff. Looking forward to next book

When I think of SyFy, I think of the Ceephay Queen

I know the Ceephay Queen isn't the main character or hero... and is kept in check by the human Capt. ... but Im rooting for that Spider Queen

Can't put it down

This author, and this series, is that good. I finished the twenty hr in less than 3 days. It takes a long time in between books, but I think it is worth the wait. in a couple of years I will be pleasantly surprised again.

This was easily the best since the first.

I love the narrator. I love the story, the politics, the space battles, etc..

I have to say I love the characters and the growth and change they go through. I will be waiting for the next book!

Better and better

I have always enjoyed this series, from book 1 forward. But the depth and breadth of the events is approaching epic scale. Really appreciate the timely theme of AI impact.

Such a great series and narrator

I really was missing this series for a while! So happy to have it come back and it doesn’t disappoint.
