What made the experience of listening to Here's the Deal the most enjoyable?

Howie Mandel narrating his own story made it enjoyable - just the continued pleasure and discomfort at his own antics, and his OCD, made it very listenable.

Which scene was your favorite?

Oh dear there were a lot of them but perhaps the scene where he and his wife were in the shopping centre looking for make up...or where his long suffering friends FINALLY give him his comeuppance 20 years later! I can't elaborate without spoiling the read!

I was really impressed with the way Howie Mandel was able to tell the listener about his illness but still make it entertaining.

Howie reads this book with such enthusiasm. I love how transparent he is with sharing all the embarrassing stuff.

his success

Howie has succeeded more than he realizes. Like what he has done for me, many people grew up loving his comedy and movies. He does not realize how much he has impacted people's lives. There are still a lot of people that when they see him on television, they are excited to be able to watch him.
