Another great story from Stuart Woods

I really enjoyed this story. I liked the the main character Jesse and found Jack Gene to be interesting I guess it is a requirement in cult leaders. I will recommend the story to friends.

I always enjoyed the Stone Barrington series, but Mr Woods had run out of story lines for Stone and was only cranking out books. Not up to par for his abilities. This book was a return to creativity & very enjoyable.

Woods & Roberts are the best!

I’m catching up on the earlier books. This one is circa 1994. Sooooo goood...I actually gasped at a couple of revolutions.
Tony Roberts is one of the best male voice actors!! There was one point that “Stone” was heard! It was very noticeable, if you’re a huge fan! This book is way before we got Stone books. 😊

Typical for This Group

The reason I listen to Stuart Woods novels is I can count on an entertaining read. I like to listen to Tony Robert’s he is clear and doesn’t mumble. If you watch tv today you will hear people mumbling a lot. You turn up the volume but you can’t understand the words at any level. Tony Robert’s always does a good job. I realized that I had read this book book many years ago but I enjoyed it again. I do think the story was a bit rushed at times. But you get a lot of action for your time. If you want an easy to follow fun listen this is it.

if you like great action, plot twists, and great narration and some of the south to boot, check this out. when Stuart Woods is good, he's really good. great suspense!
