A great book

A wonderful book that I found to be developmental and maturative for a young man coming of age such as myself. I found this book to be relatable and generally intelligent. I further highly recommend this book.

Starts a little slow but stick with it

This is a nice combination of all of Dr. Hawkins teachings with a special chapter for common illnesses. I especially liked the depression, alcoholism, and cancer chapters.

Each chapter I had to listen to twice because it is so dense of valuable information for anyone looking for answers on common themes such as stress, illness, and weight loss.

It's an amazing book if you're ready to try something new and start the healing process. At times, it's easier to keep doing the same we know than to change our way of thinking, but you can't get better if you're still wanting to do the same you've always done.
