These are delightful re-tellings in Ransome's own words of Russian folk tales, and include stories such as "The Little Snow Girl", "Baba Yaga", "Frost", and "Salt".

A Very Good Reading of A Traditional Disturbing Fairy Tale
This is a very well read version of Hansen and Gretel. There are variations of this work that was originally preserved in German and translated. I enjoyed the reading. However as a parent I would not read this story to my children. Thank You...
