Good advice and helpful

This book has so much information that you will never remember all of it in one listening. You are going to need to listen to it again at least twice to fully benefit from it! A really good audiobook for people who are interested in effective communication.

Really Inspired Me

A habit of exercise in my life. This book is exactly what I was looking for simple and good sounds, to the point, and lots of realistic implementable ideas. I am starting with small consistent actions of 5 minutes walking every morning.

Most Touching

I listen to a lot of self help books for professional development. Sounds really great. Because this is a topic of need in my life, I I quickly became frustrated with that expert's advice because he simply told me many reasons why I needed to become self disciplined & then I was supposed to just go do it! In this book "Habit Building", the author gives you practical things to do and not to do, what to do when you get off track, and how to capitalize on how the brain works. This was extremely helpful, has an accompanying workbook, and was pleasant to listen to, and I'm excited about putting the steps to work immediately!

Goal of habit

Goal setting in an undoubtedly important practice. Fortunately, The latter part of the book touches on all the information you'll need to realize these goals.
