Everyone has habits. Some of these are good, others are not. Considering that we are all defined by our actions, it is important that we lose our bad habits. By doing that, our lives will be much better. Unfortunately, losing a bad habit is not that easy.

The kind of life we lead today is essentially the product of our habits - our daily routines - our daily processes. And no one has ever described this natural phenomenon more accurately than the great Greek philosopher Aristotle who said, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act but a habit.” What we repeatedly do - the things we read and think about and the routine tasks we perform every single day - is what shaped our beliefs and transformed us into the kind of person we are today. It is what molded the type of personality we portray. In other words, our whole life is nothing more than the sum of our habits. How successful or unsuccessful we are is the result of our habits, just as being physically fit or unfit is.

By changing your habits and tagging new ones onto existing ones, you piggyback your way to opening up those neuron areas and increasing the range of your own possibilities. If you don’t think that this is true, then you really do need to examine the contents of this book because you will learn how habits work and how tagging another habit to an existing one can improve your life in so many ways that you never thought possible. In fact, the potential was always there, but you have limited it by seeing the canvas as overflowing, rather than blank and filled with possibility. You limit yourself by thinking in this way, but if you can piggyback your new habits onto existing ones, you can increase the neuron activity in your brain and reap the benefits.

Good Habits get you success!!

The habits listed in this book are truly easy to follow. I know this because I have be doing many of them for years. On the days I skip one of my daily habits, I feel unorganized and tired. The author of this book did a wonderful job of explaining the importance of a good routine and how it will improve your life.Never underestimate on changing and having the discipline on executing daily powerful habits before starting your day. Change your Habits it will change your life.. I promise you.. Highly recommend to read this book.

Great tips for improving Habit!!!

This book provides a day by day exercise that will prove to yourself that you can change anything and anytime you want. Great guide to bring about some immediate positive changes and give the tools to take charge of life.Healthy habit revolution is a no nonsense guide to creating habits that can stick with you for a lifetime. Easy to read, one day at a time, guide to making habits that are easy to follow through with.

Really enjoyed this book!!!

Great ideas and examples to improve our cultural competency.Very highly recommend. Good to starting conversations in a group settings.Loved this book! A simple read and had some great tips. Very helpful wen for moms that feel that they have this motherhood thing under control.I passed it on to a friend when I was do e reading.I would recommend this book for the mothers in the middle of motherhood. Many wonderful reminders to enjoy the process, and how to do just that.

A wonderful self-guided study into feeling well!

I really like this book and the suggestions it gives in helping you to change your mindset. I suffer from severe anxiety and listen this has given me a few different ideas and techniques in helping me to identify my obstacles Very well written book. The author has obviously done extensive research and provides great information on curing anxiety. This book was a great help to me. As someone who has dealt with depression and anxiety most of my life, I found this book to be wonderful. This book really digs into psychological development to provide a deep understanding of different types of Cognitive Behavior therapies and how it is useful in treating conditions like anxiety. It is clear the author has a background in psychology and knows what they are talking about.

LOVED IT!! RECOMMEND 100%

You would think .. “well habits? It’s pretty basic..” but this audible helps you learn ALOT & makes you think about a lot of things that factor into habits. I made my lists, wrote down good & bad habits & will be putting everything learned in this audible to help me break bad habits & incorporate new ones. I recommend it 100% the narrators voice is also soothing to me , so I found it very relaxing to hear during my road trip & at night!

Excellent Resource to uplevel your life!!!

Since I discovered Michael podcast a couple of weeks ago I have regained the motivation to step up in my business! Every time I listen I’m energized, encouraged, and as a young entrepreneur, I end up learning so much! When I heard she had this book coming out I couldn’t wait to download it. this book will challenge you!!!

This book was very well written not only from a content standpoint but also from a format point of view. The content was well-researched with real world anecdotal quotes, stories and historical references. The format I found made the reading, and in this case learning, experience easy for the reader to feel engaged using Practical Exercises and wanting to read more. Very inspirational and thought-provoking. This is a must read for anyone who not only wants to be a better manager and leader, but also for anyone who simply wants to be a better employee in person.

These principles apply to everyone.

This book was both inspiring and easy to listen .It offers proactive tips and promts for each habit. This book has a way of opening your mind inward and really helps you to think introspectively. I can't wait to share this book with my family when I return home this weekend. This is such a good book because it uses research to explain how habits are formed and changed. Do something enough and it becomes a habit, good or bad. This is explained in the book. I was most interested in how the book described changing a habit Awesome book. Easy to follow habits with positive vibration.

Change your habits, Change your life!!!

I thought this book was filled with practical, straightforward methods to initiate change by taking small , yet consistent steps each day. I found it helpful, a source and workbook I will refer back to often.This book helps you change anything in your life. At the end of each chapter there are questions which help you find your way.I greatly enjoyed taking this book one chapter at a time and stretching in my personal growth

A great framework for value!!

I have only got through the first couple chapters, but I love what Im reading so far, This is the first book I have bought off kindle, so Im reading it off my tablet and I kinda like it, I think Im reading faster. and I like to highlight and use for reference.This is a great book for anyone looking to grow revenue, especially for someone who doesn't know where to start and needs concrete, actionable advice and positive encouragement to get started!!!
