They say you shouldn't ask your mom whether your business is a good idea, because she loves you and will lie to you. This is technically true, but it misses the point. You shouldn't ask anyone if your business is a good idea. It's a bad question, and everyone will lie to you at least a little. As a matter of fact, it's not their responsibility to tell you the truth. It's your responsibility to find it, and it's worth doing right.

Entrepreneurship, personal responsibility, and upward mobility: These traditions are at the heart of the free enterprise system, and have long been central to America's exceptional culture. In recent years, however, policymakers have dramatically weakened these traditions - by exploding the size of government, propping up their corporate cronies, and trying to reorient our system from rewarding merit to redistributing wealth. Arthur C. Brooks shows that this trend cannot be reversed through materialistic appeals.

Very useful book
This is one of the best books I've read in the last few years. The audiobook is divided into two parts.
The second part is nothing special, but the first part is absolutely filled with important and useful information.
I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to get an insight and a bit different approach to successful team / company management.
