FABULOUS!!!

I absolutely loved loved loved this story. The main characters are believable & likable, except the “bad” ones, of course. I want more from this author & the narrators were excellent!!! Truly an enjoyable listen! Thank you!

Another poor weak h

OMG I’m soo tired of dumb h. This story started out good but as the story progressed, the h got dumb and dumber. She went to see her ex and allowed him to treat her like a thing and not a person. What did she do when her ex tricked her? she just brush it off like it was okay. She NEVER learn. Such a dumb h.

Cute story!

I enjoyed this fast paced RomCom. The characters were adorable and I have a new take on how to stop using cuss words.

Good story

This is a very light and quick story with good characters and good narration. There is even a cameo of two side characters from book 1 in the series, 'The Ticket'.

A 5 star romantic comedy

Good Nights: The Perfect Holiday Laugh Out Loud Later in Life Romantic Comedy (Love Again Series Book 2), my second highly-enjoyable read from author Heather Grace Stewart, the second in her Love Again series, the follow-up to The Ticket, my first read from her. I've been adding her books to my library since January of 2017 yet never getting one read until these two, I now own 6 of them. “I received an Audible copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. Her captivating style of switching between first person woman to first person man works! Ths captivating narration styles of Veronica Worthington & Gary Furlong adds to the enjoyment of the read/listen. I look forward to reading more from this author with Lauren from Last Night: The Heartwarming Smalltown Holiday Romantic Comedy (Love Again Series Book 3) just added to my TBR list. I can’t even finish this.

It’s written more like an outline. There’s so little story or character development that I keep jolting and staring at my phone because while the story is very predictable, things progress like I’ve skipped several chapters. I can’t finish this.

Not worth it. 1st half Almost good but major arc issue

I feel cheated. I listened and laughed and even got a bit chocked up for 3/4 of the book. Then this FMC whom I'd come to love abruptly changes and does the most stupid thing I don't even think a 10 year old would do. It was downhill from there with a terrible ending. 😕 Why? did a different author take over?actually I think I experienced this with another one of her book The Ticket. Just ruined the whole book for me by creating a absolutely bizarre situation & reaction by the FMC. Frankly, the MMC should have kicked her tothe curb and not looked back. Just so STUPID!

Boring

So boring I couldn’t get past chapter 7. The performance especially from the female voice was so bad when she was doing the guys lines.

Couldn’t continue past chapter 5.

Books are truly starting to make me realize some women were unfortunately raised to or grew accustomed to being weak and it’s so sad.

A man went into a jealous rage and told his wife she didn’t deserve the Emmy her show received because he wasn’t nominated for an award? And then became distant while traveling over a year to be away from her… AND does nothing to lift her spirits when for the same last year she’s been struggling with a possible (then definite) cancelation of her show.

And she think that this man is her one and only?!

At this point I’m wondering what the actual hell are women being told to seek after and accept from men. The heart break she experienced after he served divorce papers ON HER BIRTHDAY was sickening because girl there’s no way you’re that torn up! How low is your self esteem to accept even worse than the bare minimum from a man! Meanwhile the author explains it away as she said no too many times and was too busy focusing on work? ….. sad and NOT an excuse to be treated like trash from your bf/fiancé or husband.

And then she meets the next guy who will become the love interest and magically has a “backbone” which is really just her being a b*ch? No thanks.
