GREAT

I listened to the first book and it was great..this one even better and can't wait to listen to the next one and see how Sadie will handle a child out of nowhere and I hope she is in the next book.

Even better than the first!!

This book was excellent! The suspense just kept going and going… and all I could do was listen. More in-depth character development of Devlin and Falco, more fleshing out of even the villians. I loved it—-the psychology, the twists, the mystery, the heart-pounding unpredictability (except for the very end which made my day)—glad I took a chance on this author’s first book bec this one was awesome!!!

Thought I had it

I had half of it but she got me with one of the twists! I love a good mystery!

Like this series

Easy to listen to and to follow. But interesting complex mysteries. Good character development. More secrets to be revealed. Looking forward to third book.

The ending

The story stir it out with some things that I thought we're gonna be boring, but it turned out to be a pretty good story. Some twists and turns and a nice ending

great read

This book kept you guessing. It had so many twists and turns! Just when I thought I had it figured out, another view came up. The end was so complex I couldn't believe the many suspects who where guilty. loved it very much!

Strange turn of events

Pretty good book. the. Narration was confusing and characters not discernible one to another. I wish I had just read it.

A little hard to follow in some places but overall a good book. I looked forward to reading everyday.

Intricately plotted with excellent narration! Great characters that were believable. Looking forward to the next book in this series.

Debra Webb got me in a chokehold!

This was a good book that kept me guessing who knew what. Secrets, money, and power always taint people's moral compass. Overall, I enjoyed reading this book. About to start book 3 of the series.
