Way too much like military interrogation and not ideal for everyday. There are little to no everyday examples so it's impossible to relate to it.

I don’t find a narrowly specializes manual applicable to anyone outside of Guantanamo Bay interrogation chambers . The title is a misnomer; I suspect it is
intentionally misleading to increase sales. I’m very disappointed.
