Speechless…Fanstastic

I loved the entire series. Every time I listened I could just picture every little detail in my head. I can picture the characters so perfectly like I was watching it as a movie. The story line had its twist and turns which only made me more intrigued to know what is going to happen next. The mix between pirates, mermaids, time travel just tied in so perfectly. They need to make this series into a show or movie ASAP!

Twist at the end

The twist of the true meaning behind the prophecy, and the big reveal at the very end had me gob smacked! Such a well thought out book! The narrator did an excellent job too. She gave great diversity and emotion into each of the individual voices that she did. This book is a wonderful experience! 

Couldn’t stop listening to

I highly recommend this book. Love story, pirates, and so much more. I didn’t want to stop listening!!

All the Pirate and Mermaid Vibes

Such a gorgeous and haunting story!! I really loved the mystery, the FL setting, and the way all the pieces connected. Such a quirky and original mermaid and pirate story - stands out among the many I read! Suspenseful, charming, magical, and full of heartbreak. Definitely looking forward to the next book!!

I’m so in love with this book. I love how deep and emotional it is.

Boring and Basic

Characters and plot are 1 dimensional. The concept of the plot line was decent, but poorly executed. Writing was mediocre. If you're looking for good literature, this is not it. The romance part of the story was very undeveloped as well

Elementary

I would not recommend this book to anyone over the age of 12. The writing felt elementary, and the narration just added to the underwhelming tone. I saw this book advertised as a good book for anyone who loves the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, and it did not deliver. The storyline itself was ok, it was predictable but still has the whimsy you’d expect. Overall, give this book to your tween kid or niece.
