Love this story!

I was surprised by this book. It’s hard to find something when you are in reading rut. I loved the story and the characters are unique.

Still hooked

I really enjoyed the continued world building and the secondary characters having a storyline. Wish there was a bit more action and a bit less politics but you can tell it's building towards an epic book 3!

this book is absolutely outstanding when I tell you I could not wait to hear more and more it drawed me in like a vessel I was intrigued by every single chapter the World building the way she describes stuff it was like I was the main character in this book it was astonishing I cannot wait for the third book when I tell you I what's Blown Away better than any Buck I've ever read and I do mean any book I've ever read this book is jaw-droppingly phenomenal

Captivating story, and the narrators are superb! The author out did herself with the second part of the book, and the cliff hangers are what I live for.

The narration is captivating, the story is fast-past and compelling, and the characters are enjoyable. This is a feel-good fantasy adventure following unlikely friends, with a little bit of spice!

I think the most notable thing is just how likable the main female character is. She's witty, curious, and self-aware with a wide emotional range, and doesn't spend too much time ruminating or falling into emotional traps.

Character Description

So the author describes her “cornflower eyes” WAY too many times. The character development is still very juvenile and yet there is some spice … it’s a bit off putting to have someone so immature being sexual…

A gripping & Thrilling Ride

I really think this series is a hidden Jem, compelling story and characters, definitely unique but touches all the areas of Romantasy we love. Voice Actors are top notch! Also they are a married couple so when they play the lovers in books Chefs Kiss 😘

I mean… but yea

So it could definitely get confusing at times. But in the end it came together. But the multiple changes was bad to get used to at first. Maybe I’m speaking too soon but I am really drawn to this story.

Easy listen

No complaints about the fae/dragon dynamic. Just spicy enough with anything too raunchy. Easy to listen to and the narrators have a good dynamic.
