OH THE FEELS!!!!!

There is so much I could say about this story! I took 2 FULL PAGES of notes! Basically Natalia is in love with Leo, who is best friends with her brother, and very low on the mafia scale. She is basically a mafia princess so she has been promised to another man that is an heir to a territory. And Leo is in love with her too..... but they can not be together. There are so many things that happen over a span of 13 or 14 years that keeps them apart before they both finally give in and go after what they want. But it is not without risk, and they both know this!

There is so much that happens, that my heart was breaking over and over again. And there was a time when I felt sorry for Leo... and another where I was like "he made his bed" ..... but then he turned all super swoony!!! And I couldn't help but love him for her! The man that she ends up marrying had lost his wife in a car crash and needed a wife to take care of his twin boys. The bond that they had was so fantastic! It was really heart warming to read about! I just loved everything about this book! I don't think that I have one bad thing to say about it! And the narration really brought the characters to life! Sarah and Michael nailed it with these characters!

Audio Review:
Forbidden to Love (Mazzone Mafia, Book 2) brings a unforgettable story fruitful with angst, darkness and a world of mafia. The writing style is captivating and compelling. Characters are entertaining. Heartbreak that is hard to forget. I loved this story so much and hated the heartwretching times as tear's drop like raindrops fall. This author wrote a addictive story drenched with words that flow to the very end. I absolutely loved the ending.

Michael Gallagher, Sarah Puckett duet narration is utterly profound. Sarah Puckett is a favorite narrator of mine and this performance exceeded my expectations. Her unmarred performance brought this heartbreaking story to reality. Her portrayal of Natalia was a high caliber performance, her inflection is smooth and her tone adjusts with Natalia's emotions. Michael Gallagher was the perfect choice to portray the Leo and the male characters. His inflection gives off an aura of mafia.

Nat and Leo

Nat and Leo always had feelings for each other but she being his best friend's sister but she was promised to marry someone else before she was even born. I hated that she would not tell someone what her fiancé was doing. Hated that Leo and Matteo messed around with Nat's arch nemesis. Anyway there was alot of heartbreak, double crossing, revenge, decent, action, denial, anger, archaic behavior, but there was some good planning and well deserved happiness. Then leadi up to the next story. Narrators always do well together.

Another great addition to the Series!

This is the second book in the Mazzone Mafia series, a Dark Mafia Romance. Natalia and Leo's forbidden romance is captivating! The storyline is breathtakingly well written, intricate, and intense, filled with secrets, action, danger, and unpredictable twists and turns. Natalia is beautiful, strong, smart, and determined. Leo is handsome, protective, and enigmatic. They are perfect together. This is an excellent second chance to love. Their story is tragic, and beautiful. The world building is intricate and enthralling. The supporting characters are intriguing. Sarah Puckett and Michael Gallagher did an outstanding job with the narration. If you like Dark Mafia Romance, this series is definitely for you. I enjoyed it, and I HIGHLY recommend it. Looking forward to listening to Scared to Love, the next book in the series. Siobhan Davis never disappoints. #TheFlock

A dark, second chance, erratic heart beat, Mafia book that tore me up and spit me out. Loved this book oh so much!
Siobhan is one of my favorite go to authors. Outstanding narration by Michael Gallagher and Sarah Puckett!

A Dark Mafia Second Chance Forbidden Romance

Forbidden To Love by Siobhan Davis is a dark mafia romance that I listened on on audio narrated by Michael Gallagher and Sarah Puckett. This is the second book in the Mazzone Mafia series and can be read as a standalone.

All I can say is WOW! Siobhan, Michael, and Sarah need to team up more often! I was pulled in from the first chapter and couldn't help but binge the audiobook in a day! I could feel every emotion that Natalia and Leo were feeling in this book! I loved that Michael and Sarah did the audiobook in a duet version. It brought the story to life beautifully.

I can't wait for the next book in the series Scared To Love to be released on audio so I can get Alesso and Serena's story.

I would recommend this book if you like dark romances, mafia romances, brother's best friend romance, second chance romance, or forbidden romances.

I originally read this book a few years ago when it first was released. I loved it then and now listening to the audiobook just really makes the story come to life.

Forbidden Love is the second book in the Mazzone Mafia series written by Siobhan Davis. It tells the story of Leo and Natalia.
The story itself is filled with filled with secrets, action, and like any Siobhan book it has your twists and turns mixed with romance.

Leo and Natalia were forbidden from the start when they were teenagers. This is as much sad as it was beautiful, an amazing story of second chance at love.

Siobhan wrote a story that hooked me in and didn't let me go until the very last page.

The audiobook was performed perfectly by Sarah Puckett and Michael Gallagher. It's no secret that I'm a big fan of Michael's work and every time I see his name pop up for Siobhan's work it makes me happy.
He's just excellent in her books.

I was pulled into their performance from the first first page and their performance as Leo and Natalia was perfect. Both showed great emotion in their portrayal. I could feel every thing the characters felt.

They were the perfect couple for this book.
I can't wait to listen to the next book in the series Scared To Love, Alesso and Serena's story.

I am not a huge fan of books that go from past to present but I really liked this one. Having met both characters in the first book it made me even less patient waiting to get to part 2. I felt bad for Nat and Leo especially seeing firsthand how hard it was for them to stay apart when growing up so close together. Many ups and downs will keep your emotions on a roller coaster ride.
Narration was duet which is my favorite!
