No talking about throbbing body parts.
So I don’t read romance novels for the sex scenes. I don’t mind a well written scene that is different but most are the same. This was an uplifting book though clearly in fiction. Are there stronger writers, yes. But this is a romp through the wilderness of romance.

Insipid behavior by unsympathetic characters
Really? I’m so glad I didn’t pay for this juvenile attempt at character development. Tried falling asleep with this on but kept getting mad.

Writing and character development is terrible
I know this is fiction but why did a wilderness expert seem amazed at a rainbow by a waterfall? The main character also seems incredibly shallow and unlikeable. She spends every sentence lying and the mmc thinks it’s adorable? It is painful even free was a rip off from the time spent listening.

Don’t waste your money.
Whatever the problem or plan, what kind of parents threaten/blackmail one their daughters into marriage with a tyrant pitting then against each other?! I find I become more angry with every chapter.
The narrator is so irritating even though I paid for this audiobook she was the final straw to stop listening.

Terrible storyline
I had a hard time finishing this. The storyline is terrible. They’re madly in love after 9 hours when he’s never noticed her even though he knows who she is? Main female is annoying, lying and can’t figure out why he doesn’t want her.
