Very cute

This was an easy read. Mindless, & Predictable but a sweet romance leading to a HEA.

Sweet and cute and ties up loose ends

Sweet and cute and ties up loose ends. Great book boyfriend. The heroine was a bit weak but found her backbone.

Cute easy story

This is my first time with this Author and Narrator. I found this story to be a cute and easy story to listen too. I thought Dominic and Kate had great chemistry. The outcome was pretty obvious but mostly because it is like most romance novels but getting there was still cute. I can see myself picking back up on the remaining books in the series at some point.

Narration frustrating

Narrator drops "t's" - unfortunately in words like Payton one of the characters, which sounds like "Pay-un" and eaten, "ea-un"etc. She doesn't do it with all words, but often enough to make me grind my teeth.

Sweet story

I enjoyed this book. Sweet story and a happy ending without explicit sex scenes. The one drawback was the male voice for the characters they all sounded a lot alike and sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference.

Lovely Story!

This story gives us 2 unlikely people who come together to make the perfect couple, but circumstances makes them jump many obstacles before both realize it. Loved it!!! Narrator good also would have been even better with a male narrator in addition but just the one did well.

Waste of time

i stopped listening with two hours remaining on the story. I just couldn't take anymore. The story is pretty flat and repetitive, there were only so many "she had a difficult day and was surprised to find him at home at the end of the day" that I could take.
Also, and more importantly, this is listed as "clean and wholesome" There is a lot of foul language and I never heard an actual sex scene but, there were plenty of sexual references and fantasizing from the characters.
My opinion is that this is a boring romance that definitely shouldn't be listed under "clean and wholesome"
If you're expecting something like a Jennifer Peel or Jenny Proctor. ...this is not it!

At best, it was boring.

The narrator was awful. She completely ignored the letter "T" or pronounced it as "D". The main character's name was Peyton. She pronounced it as "Peyun". Ther was more, but you can get the idea. I am Texan, so I'm not usually picky about pronuciation, but thus was bad.
