Ex-police hotness!

This omnibus is a collection of three novella length books. Each details a different couple and they should be read in order to avoid spoilers. There's a decent amount of spice, lots of action, some angst, and an underlying mystery that stretches through all the books. Not too dark. Great length for an afternoon escape from reality.

Narration was top notch. Loved the way it was done with a whole cast of characters speaking their own lines.

Amazing Story

The storyline for each book was amazing and drew you in to the characters lives. I felt the anguish, sadness and love with each character. This is a must read series! Voices matched the characters and sounded excellent.

One of My Favorite Police/Security Romance-Suspense Trilogies!

Book 1- Quickly as listening, I realized I had heard this book before, but had forgotten what it was called. It quickly came back, and was as easy a favorite as the first time I listened.
Retired police turned security, saves the girl and falls in love, but who wouldn't swoon over that and his band of hot brooding buddy-retired cops!

Book 2- Similar story, though Max from book 1 is still here with Sloan, they are in the background and you concentrate on Tank aka Paxton and Dr. Cori his new neighbor.
All the guys, and Tank's baby sister help him to save the doc from a patient who wants to dominate her, after his wife killed herself, though the doctor has shut her practice and relocated.
Even though this sounds awful and tragic, what kind of topics do you think a series called Fear Inc would cover? This isn't over graphic and or over emotional, but in both stories I did have a few tears come to my eye.

Book 3- IF you have purchased the trilogy together, reading/listening to them in order together is a must. If you haven't I understand, and I hope you can listen to them in succession one day, it is a truly wonderful thing that Author Melinda Valentine has given us in this trilogy.

In this book, the final book in the trilogy, the main storyline that started in book 1 will finally come to its Epic conclusion, but not before we find out what's going on with Kasper aka "Gutter Mouth", Paxton's best friend who's like a brother to him, and Krysta aka "Kitten" Paxton's little sister. They had a secret thing once upon a time, but he pushed her away.
Can she ever forgive him?
Will Paxton let him near his sister if he finds out?
It doesn't help that this one falls on Thanksgiving ya'll, and Sloan & Krysta get kidnapped!!!
Will the team be able to find them ?? Ahh .. another tear jerker!
Melinda is such a great author, I just couldn't help but listen straight through all 3 of these and hope you will too!

Amazing !!!

I cannot express how good this series is. Superb stories with suspense and yet room for bantering and fun. Each book is a work of great talent. The narrators all gave an outstanding performance giving each character life. I highly recommend this series

Mystery and romance in one

Fear Inc. series by Melinda Valentine is an interesting mix of romance and private investigating. There are three stories that tell the tales of ex-cops turned private detectives. They are determined to do their jobs and that’s all. In volume one Maxwell is protecting Sloana who witnessed a violent crime. He does everything in his power to keep her alive and get involved in her personal life. Will he succeed in either of those? In volume two Paxton is damaged by a bullet and a woman in different ways. He spends his days investigating cheating spouses, but when a Spitfire moves in next-door. Will he take a chance on her? Will he get to the bottom of what’s going on? In volume three Kasper is a player but secretly in love with his best friend’s baby sister when she is kidnapped. What will he do? Will he his feelings for his best friends, baby sister to her and her brother? the stories are entertaining, interesting, Enjoyable, funny, Has some suspicion, And has romance.
Gives a round of applause to the narrators Troy Duran, J.F. Harding, Connor Crais, Stephanie Rose, Carly Robins, and Emma Wider. They did a fantastic job bringing the story to life. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Romantic suspense at it's best!

If you are looking for a great romantic suspense series, take this suggestion! The Fear Inc series by Melinda Valentine will press all the right buttons, giving all the feels while building thrilling suspense. Each story features a different couple with crossover characters and is fantastic. Volume 1 features Max and Sloan who met at a dinner party at her cousin Bella's. Sloan is in a relationship with cheating Brody, but that doesn't stop Max from noticing the beauty. When she is at the wrong place a he wrong time, Max is there, ready to take care of her. But he is going to keep it professional, right? Volume 2 features Tank who work's for Max. Fear Inc is his chance to work in the field. Cori has moved in next door to Max to start over, after losing a patient a fresh start is needed. These two have that push pull chemistry, but their immediate interaction leaves them both angry. Or is it foreplay? Tank is watching out for her regardless and when she goes dark though, will he have seen it in time? Volume 3 features Kasper and Krysta. These two have history, and it's not pretty. Kas is Krysta's brother Tank's best friend, and their secret relationship could not be revealed. But to say it ended in heartbreak is an understatement. Now years later, the love is still there, but Krysta has her defenses up and is unwilling to take that plunge. Til she is. What will Tank think when he finds out the truth about them? All three kept my attention and I loved them!

JF Harding, Carly Robins, Connor Crais, Troy Duran,Stephanie Rose and Emma Wilder narrate the trilogy with a bang! Each one plays one of the feature characters and reprises the roles in each book. Together, this ensemble tells the stories with excitement and passion. Loved them all!

Three brilliant stories

This is a set of three amazing romantic suspense audiobooks. There is a wonderful cast of colorful characters to keep us entertained. In the first story we learn about Sloane and Max. In the second book we meet Paxton “Tank” and Cori. And then we finally hear the story of Krysta and Kasper “Gutter Mouth”. Every one of these stories are brilliant. The multicast narration by Troy Duran, JF Harding, Connor Crais, Stephanie Rose, Carly Robins and Emma Wilder is truly phenomenal. I highly recommend this audiobook.

Outstanding

I just love this trilogy. It’s full of angst, action, danger, drama,love and smexy hot romance.The men love hard and fast, go after the women they want.The women are strong willed, confident, but vulnerable. A mob is after their women to kidnap them. It’s the only way they know it will break the men.
The narration was superb! Troy Duran, Stephanie Rose, Connor Crais, Emma Wilder, Carly Robbins, and J.F. Harding bring these amazing stories to life. the characters emotions, their vulnerabilities, weaknesses and strengths were felt with throughout . Great story and narration

Great book, on mystery and romance. Excellent narrating and excellent storyline for each book. Very well done.
