I really liked this. Interesting story line. Love JT Farrell. He always performs Delta’s books so well.

Things are going to change!

Bella has a wild side inherited from her Grandmother. She has no idea what the old stories she heard as a child meant, but she has a feeling everything will be explained.
Ryder hopes the fated mate the elders talk about will become his reality. He feels trouble brewing but attributes it to the trouble that’s creeping closer to the Nightshade pack.
This book is taking the pack in a new direction, it’s time to change or be left alone.
As always Delta hit this book out of the park!! Her characters are so real and the storyline pulls you in. JT is the perfect narrator that entrances you with every accent! This book was great!!

JT is one of the best narrators out there. He's fabulous I always enjoy listening to him.

ENTERTAINING

This is the first book in a new series from this author.
It has plenty of mystery action and little drama romance
that has some steam to it but it does take awhile for the heat
between the alpha and his mate to come forward.
If the rest of the series is anything like this first book than we are in for
some great books.
The narrator has done a great job of bringing the story and characters to life.
I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this audio book.

Excellent new series

I don’t know 100% but it has all the vibes and sounds that say a new series is brewing in Delta’s imagination. JTF’s narration is always fabulous. Good strong characters both main and supporting fighting off prejudice, evil and extinction. There’s spice, hunky shifters, intelligent women and I love that its home base is in the cascades mountains. Cheers to the Nightshade Pack. Enjoy.

Fantastic

This story is fantastic and I highly recommend reading it.
JT, the narrator, has a great understanding of the characters and brings them to life.

Enjoyed the characters and their story. Drew me right in and kept me involved to the end

Shifting gears in my mind

I’m always delighted when Delta James starts a new series. The only drawback for me is that I have to learn the way the world is built in a new series which is oh so close to other series by the same author, also with shifters. All this means is that I look forward even more to the next ones and indeed the epilogue to this book already has me anxiously awaiting the next book. If there is anything that disappointed me it was the fact that we were introduced to so few characters in this pack so I don’t yet have a strong sense of what kind of people they are as a group. More, please.
