Vampires Are Okay
In AJ Sherwood’s Fated Mates, vampires are an accepted and integrated species into human society. I like it! Lot’s less violence. I also liked the chill but passionate way Ronin pursues his mate. There’s some good humor in the character interactions too.

Fluff and Fun
I usually spend my credits on longer stories but I am so glad I picked this one up. Cute story, enjoyable characters, and good dialogue with several laugh out loud moments. Great narrator too. It was such a fun read I finished it in a day, and promptly got book 2.

So cute
I adore this cute story with a slightly spacey human and a hot determined vampire finding each other. Perfect pick me up for a bad day! New to me narrator but he did a really good job. As always I love this authors books and having the audio just makes them even better!

An interesting take on the fated mates trope.
I really liked this story, despite being a bit to short. The take on fated mates is different, and I liked how fated mates didn't equal insta* love. I was also pleasantly surprised that there wasn't a s3x scene every other chapter like some fated mates books. The narrator is new to me, but he did a very good job in my opinion.

*They do fall in love quite fast, but it wasn't so fast as to feel like insta love.

Chase and Ronan
They’re so cute together. Chase is a uni student and Ronan is an architect, they meet at a party. Ronan is attracted to Chase and pursues him. It’s cute how Ronan convinces Chase to give him a chance.

Love this style of Sherwood!
I loved the characters and the weave of storyline. Just enough snark without it getting distracting and overtaking the story. The characters were incredibly endearing. I’ve read both and still purchased the audios as these as the type I enjoy listening to while driving. The narrator was lovely to listen to and I enjoyed his performance. It, as well as the story itself, made me wish the book was longer! Thanks for a great treat of a book!

Cute
Another enjoyable story/series from AJ Sherwood. This one feels a little bit more short and sweet than some of her other titles but it’s just as enjoyable. I’ve already read the e-books for both the first and second books of the series. I highly recommend it and can’t wait for the next audiobook.

Sorry, but for me, the whole thing was a little too YA, and the narration was just too ... sincere and said with a lot of pathos...? Anyway, I got a few chapters into this, knew where it was going and decided to opt out of the journey. YMMV, of course.
