About this listen

"Freedom is the only thing worth living for. While I was doing that work, I used to think it didn't matter if I died, because without freedom there was no point in living." (Nancy Wake)

"Liberty!" (Noor Inayat Khan's last word)

Spies sometimes get a certain reputation for being male, but that is not something that is always the case. There were actually quite a few female spies who were present in the past and who were able to make a difference in their countries because of the things that they did. Female spies are:

  • Sometimes better than men
  • Able to do more with their spy outlook on life
  • Less suspected as people who are committing espionage
  • Able to do different things that men are not able to do

All of these things are taken into consideration with each of the following spies. They are able to get the most out of being a spy and are sometimes even able to go to places where men are unable to go to. This is something that allows them the chance to learn more about what is going on in different countries and about what they need to do to be able to get the most out of different things in their lives. Whether they are interpreting radio signals, learning the secrets of the other countries, or using a flirtatious demeanor to be able to get where they need to when it comes to the enemy, they are sometimes much better than men. Listen to learn about what makes a female spy so great, how they can do better than men, and the eight most famous female spies in history. They come from different backgrounds, time periods, and even nationalities. Some were rich, some poor, and some in between. They were all vastly different in the way that they did things and the type of spy that they were. The one thing that they all had in common was that they were spies for reasons they thought were right.

Painful to listen to

Written like a bad high school essay with terrible references.
Somebody should have done more research on Mata Hari.

Fatal Things That Were Going On?

Please, Audible, hire me to edit immature pieces of possibilities “that were going on” before they become fatal...if not to themselves, then perhaps to a listener, for a number of reasons. Poor writing, poor editing, and poor performance are my three reasons I should not have bought this, even at the bargain-basement price.
