Very Relaxing!

As someone who does a personalized meditation each day, this actually matched a lot of the words that my personalized meditation uses. It is interesting how relaxed I become when different words and background music are combined. I was born legally blind, so it is hard for me to visualize anything, but I feel a lot of calm and peace when I meditate and this did not dissapoint!
