Some great stories in here. I loved One eyes, Twi eyes, Three eyes. Aladdin was filled with racism and wasn't appropriate fir my child to listen to...there should be a warning attached!!!

very soothing voice
I like how whenever I listen I fall asleep in like five minutes😅 the stories are so fun and even though I'm "too old" for fairy tales I still love this book, the blue fairy book is a good one too! if you have any kids I would definitely recommend this!

Some good stories
We didn't like the reader. Some of the stories were good and some were just too long and ridiculous for young children like the little princess.

interesting take on classic stories, condescending reader
i read this not as a child but as a lover of fairytales, so i knew most of the stories already. i liked other endings than presented in this anthology, which is fine. i didn’t like the tone of the reader, because i’m not a child and it felt like she was speaking down to me. interesting voices through.

Stories were interesting for children
Would you consider the audio edition of Fairy Tales Every Child Should Know to be better than the print version?
It is nice to have my kid listen to it in bed with lights out. We still read but this is just imagination time.
