Great content, and very accurate

This book was very relatable for me being an endomorph, and I appreciate all of the do’d and don’ts and it was easy listening and very clear information. I’m excited to apply this to my daily life.

metabolism and gain a lot of health benefits

There's a lot of good things that come with getting older. However being in your fifties and being a woman, can be a very trying time. I truly like to feel like I've tried everything. I've listened to several audible on Intermittent Fasting and I'm unhesitant to give it a try... Learn how to rev up your metabolism and gain a lot of health benefits in the process.

guide to efficiently prepare meals

This Meal Prep audible is very well organized and easy to follow. It provides weekly plans with a grocery list, equipment list, and a step-by-step guide to efficiently prepare meals for 5 days all in one day. Who wants to cook every day? Not me, so this is great! Storage tips are also provided whether you can freeze it or not and the best thawing instructions.

This audible probably saved my life

I couldn’t put this audible down and state it over a weekend and immediately started fasting even on the weakest plan of intermittent fasting. Within a few weeks, my blood sugar was back to normal at every time of the day and all pre-diabetes Withdrawn!

Intermittent Fasting Works

That's when I decided to take undertakings into my private hands. A friend introduced me to the keto diet and I decided to try it, coupled with intermittent fasting. Well, flash forward one year later and my fasting glucose levels are now 82 and I'm down 13 lbs. I managed to lower my fasting glucose levels by following a keto diet coupled with intermittent fasting.

nervously awaiting the highly anticipated release

I had been nervously expecting the highly predicted release of The Deception, the final audible in the Filthy, all thanks to the shocking cliffhanger in the previous story. I felt like a six-year-old descendant waiting for I had my doubts if I’m being honest, the previous two works had been so superbly well listening that I was afraid to start reading The Deception, once I had it on my Kindle, worried the ending to this series wouldn’t live up to the hype I had created in my head.
