Fantastic book to understand and end co-dependancy

It is said when you understand a problem you are halfway to solving it and this book demonstrates that in spades. I couldn't put my finger on what was difficult in my relationships until I read this book and realized that I show signs of being co-dependent where I need people to need me which is why I tend to attract needy people who need help but are not able to offer support in return. It has opened my eyes and made me much more conscious of the dynamics in my relationships and determined to stop trying to fix people to make myself feel worthwhile. Life-changing!
