Kylie doesn’t disappoint!

A great story with great narrative. Kylie’s stories I listen to over and over delighting every time in her characters and their clever banter. I am a true. Thanks for the perfect package.

Another great book

I truly enjoyed this book. There were so great, laugh out loud moments. I usually enjoy Kylie Scott. I also enjoy Andi Arndt as a narrator.

I didn’t want this story to end!

I love Kylie and was not disappointed in this newest offering. Lars and Susie’s love story gave me so many feels! I enjoyed their friendship and banter and how well they complimented each other as partners. As always Andi’s narration was stellar. Great job!

What a Great Ending !!!

My very first Kylie Scott experience was Lick from the Stage Dive series. From there I found the Dive Bar series and Dirty which is one of two favorites from Scott. The other is a standalone called Lies. If you haven't read them, go and do so I promise you will laugh and enjoy immensely !! Both of these stories have awesome characters and are messy but in the best ways. I have them on my kindle and audible and physicals copies for my hands. This book is now joining them as Fav's by Scott and I am looking forward to revisiting this lovely patient slightly messy tale of real and enduring love again and again. There is even a bit of magic in it and a very suspicious Kat the Cat. I didn't want Lars and Susie's story to end but I did love how it ended. I am harsh on how a book wraps up so for me to say Great and Ending in the same sentence is Something !! Andi Arndt did an amazing job as always !! Her tone is beyond pleasant and easy to listen to plus she has a consistent and simple way of affecting her voice for males and extra characters. They don't sound goofy nor does her voice sound unnatural or stressed. Loved this experience I hope you do to !!

This was such a unique story, and I really enjoyed it. The setting was local to me, and I loved seeing things that I was familiar with. Actually could have done with more of the Pacific Northwest, but that's just me. I loved the couple, and the side characters (minus the ex/best friend) and the mystery. I do wish there was some sort of closure on the mystery, but it also kind of adds to the charm of the book by not having it. The audiobook was great, also adding to my experience.

Mysterious and Intriguing

I enjoyed getting to know Suzy and Lars. The mystery around the divorce certificate was never fully solved...it disappointed me that I didn't get an answer to the mystery, BUT it didn't take away from the journey! These two are worth knowing, and the book is worth the credit.

Very Pleasant

I always enjoy Kylie's books. This one did not disappoint. It was funny, although I thought it had an very interesting start. I feel as if she jumped right in without alot of development. but the story ended up being very good. Narration was stellar as always, I love Andi. 4 stars for me.

The main characters didn’t have chemistry. The narrator was flat. The mystery has a lame ending.
