Robot voice is boring and hard to follow

I was very much looking forward to this study guide. The first study guide in the series that I listened to was very informative and was read in an informal conversational style that was easy to follow. Sadly, this study guide used a reader who sounded like a robot. The voice was mono-tonal and mud pronounced some words. It was hard to follow and boring to listen to.

Poor quality, boring

This was very cheaply done and narrated by people with heavy accents whom I literally had trouble understanding and fell asleep listening to.

Very short book

Too fast and speech hard to understand.this could have been better if explained answers after doing the test.

Risky for your studying

Would you try another book from Robert Ayala and/or Sangita Chauhan?

No. I'm pretty sure Sangita Chauhan is a computer. Medicine is already dense material and having a computer try to pronounce all the difficult terminology is just awful. Robert Ayala does one of the study guides and he's not that great either. I think he could have put more time into cleaning up his narration/reading.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

mispronounced words, fumbling words

Any additional comments?

My biggest concern with these study guides is that there is incorrect information, and frequently enough that i think it would be risky for someone who is studying for the emt test. I caught some of the stuff, but who knows what i didn't catch. Some of it I think was the author mixing things up but some of it was just completely wrong.

she's incredibly hard to understand

I'm trying to study not translate what this lady is say. I find it very hard to understand with her incredibly thick accent. I know that sounds like an ignorant comment but when I'm trying to study I'm not trying to Translate period a poor decision on whoever chose the narrator.
