A relatable survival guide for parents

This book is like a reassuring friend who gets it—parenting is messy, loud, and exhausting. The tips are refreshingly doable, even on your busiest days. I loved how it focuses on finding small, realistic moments for self-care, like bathroom escapes or turning chores into mini breaks. The humor sprinkled throughout makes it a fun read, not just another parenting manual. If you’re feeling stretched thin and need a bit of sanity, this guide offers simple, actionable ways to carve out peace without the guilt. Perfect for anyone navigating the beautiful chaos of parenthood!
