This was great. Facts, facts and facts! No fluff. Definitely one for a second listen as there is so much information, it would be difficult to figure out your own unique diet plan at once. A workout regime is included which is incredibly helpful.

Diet Boosters has lists of foods and herbs that will be helpful for one’s weight loss. It provides information on how each booster works within the body. I believe information like this would be very helpful for those struggling to shed the weight. Sometimes its not their lack of exercise but the lack of mindful exercise and ignorance on what is being ingested. I’m glad to see some of my favorite foods listed. The Narration was good. I was given this in exchange for a voluntary review.

It was an enjoyable car ride listen for the week. I’ll have to sit down to take a couple notes later. Overall a good book, for anyone wanting to brush up on some dieting basics that has a foundation in scientific research. The narration kept me engaged. One of the best diet books I’ve seen
Wow! It has been a while since I came across such a helpful resource book. It starts of with the mechanics involved in weight loss, the different categories of substances and foods, then it goes in how a person can utilize them for weight loss. It doesn’t tout instant success but a realistic approach. A ton of studies are involved and great everyday examples too. The narrator was fantastic, almost like he’s a personal cheerleader.

awesome diet book
Everything listed in the description was touched upon with great detail. No matter where in the world you are, you have access to a diet booster. I made myself a sort of diet cocktail, with grapefruit, ginger and pomegranate juice. Not only did it taste great, I felt refreshed and lighter. Skip out on the soda and make your own juice, it is super fun. The author went over the importance of movement in order to lose weight, so that will be my next step. Last but not least the narrator’s voice seems like a great coach, giving you a pep talk everytime you listen.

Good.
Good, quick and full of information that was new to me. I enjoy learning about new things and this was one book I will remember for sparking an interest in health related material. I have always gone my own way and stuck to the principles of eating fruits and veggies and drinking a considerable amount of water. However, Diet Boosters has educated me on the nuances of what we consume and how they might affect our bodies depending on our genetics and how much physical activity we practice.

Take your weight loss plan to the next level..
Good follow up book to the one on Intermittent Fasting and Ketogenic diets. The previous book helped provide lot of confirmation for some of the steps I have been taking towards my weight loss. This book serves as an avenue to learn many new things backed up my scientific research and decades of sports training.
The amount of varied information I learnt from this book is amazing. The section around Herbs and Spices was especially eye opening. The section on exercises didn't come across as well put together as the earlier sections. Due to this, the book came across feeling a bit of a jack of all trades but master of none. Would have been a five star otherwise in my opinion.
