Design is an expression, a service, and an act of creativity. But if designers design for everyone, how can there be so little diversity in the profession? Very beginner friendly and relatable!

I am someone who works to create content that needs to reach different audiences. This book provides great insight on how to apply DEI ideologies to different professions and now I have ideas to take my content to the next level.

DEI design

I loved this book for the insights into how to include design in DEI and how to ensure DEI in design. In particular the cultural competency habits were helpful.
