Der griechische Gott der Unterwelt hat mein Leben völlig auf den Kopf gestellt und nun stelle ich alles infrage, was ich über mein Leben zu wissen geglaubt hatte.
Und jetzt weiß ich nicht einmal mehr, wer ich bin. In meine Brust tobt der Krieg, mein Verlangen nach mehr Magie mit dem Wissen darüber in Einklang zu bringen, was diese Kräfte den Menschen im Olymp antun. Was sie mir in der Vergangenheit bereits angetan haben mögen.
Ich weiß jedoch, dass meine Gefühle für Hades wahr sind. Der Herr der Toten ist so viel mehr, als ich je erwartet habe, und etwas in mir erkennt, dass ich ihn ebenso sehr brauche wie er mich. Doch vielleicht würde ich nicht lange genug überleben, um nach einem Weg zu suchen, wie wir zusammen sein könnten, denn sowohl die Hades Tribunale als auch die anderen Olympioniken und ein mordlustiger Fremde trachten mir alle nach dem Leben.
Hades sagt, ein so helles Licht kann nicht in der Dunkelheit überleben. Aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ein Leben ohne ihn lebenswert ist.
