Behind the Times

It fails to mention that some aspects of Project 2025 are already being enacted at state level.

Waste of time. No objective detail on how P2025 will be the disaster they claim it will be

If you spent the money and are facing the struggle through all the repetitious commentary like I did, just skip to the conclusion chapter. The same words are repeated over and over again as if they are trying to brainwash those phrases into your head.

There is no substance here. All the arguments against this policy or that policy state “it COULD have a substantial impact; it CAN eliminate our DEI initiatives…how? What parts show this to be a potential?

There is an assumption that the reader will accept the narrator’s declarations as fact without question whereas many of them stand on shaky subjective ground at best.

The reading was like listening to someone’s outline for a book report with topics, numbered bullets and summaries…Over and over again for each chapter. The repetition was annoying.

Politically I’m an old school disenfranchised republican searching for a party that aligns with our beliefs. The left side of the Democratic Party ain’t it and all the fear mongering does is drive us away towards the center.

Too bad. I really wanted to know more about P2025 but I didn’t get it in this book. I guess I have to read the original 900’page document myself.

This feels like an outline of a book

The book was well organized but lacked ALL supporting details including historic context and current movement toward this agenda. "Could" is overused with little concrete data/research to back it up. I'm incredibly interested in the topic and would LOVE a book that is more fleshed out. If you're looking for analysis of the plan within current and historical context, this is NOT the book for you.

Underwhelming

Not the in-depth presentation I was looking for but rather a sophomoric book report.
