The teacher it is work!
I am the type of skeptical, I watched the author in the documentary named The Superhuman.
I Bought the book at 7PM then 9 am I could move a piece of paper inside the glass.. Crazy, Crazy! This book worth the money.

Good techniques but could be misleading
I really enjoyed this book. It was easy to listen to, well narrated, and had some good lessons. The issue I have with it is that it doesn't tell you exactly how easy it is to get a false positive experiment result. Tin foil on a needle will spin whenever anything warm gets near it. I've tried it with my hands while not focusing on moving it at all and the foil spins. I've tried it under the glass without trying to move it at all... it still spins nothing but my hands warmth is needed. That being said, I still think there is merit in this book and here's why:
I practice astral projection and to move around in astral projections, to heal, create barriers, etc. I use a very similar technique to what is taught here. The author pretty much put into words what I have been practicing in the astral realm for a long time. When I realized this, I put aside my skepticism and decided I would give moving the foil a shot. However, since the foil pretty much always naturally moves, I decided that I would set the bar pretty high and aim for complete control over when and how the foil moves. To my amazement, with the techniques in the book along with some modifications based on my time in the astral realm, I was quickly able to get the foil to spin in the direction I want it to, stop when I want it to, hold still for as long as I want it to, and switch directions whenever I want it to. That amount of control cannot be coincidence in my mind.
Now I can't keep this amount of control up for long. I only have energy enough for about five minutes of complete control. This has consistently been the first five minutes I try after preparing myself through meditation. After that I get a little exhausted and can't do it anymore. Because of this, I think maybe doing telekinesis may have a toll on my body and energy levels so I'm trying to build my levels up while being careful not to overdo it.
So in summary, this book has good techniques but needs to make it clearer that the foil will spin regardless of whether you're actually doing telekinesis or not. Also, the methods may need a little modifying, and a warning not to overdo it might be nice. Otherwise, this is a wonderful book that has helped me understand the mind's capabilities a little more.

great read
His techniques are true and tried. Before I even read his book I was already applying the techniques naturally. While reading his book I realized in advance that I am already on level three and four but his book built in so many missing pieces. it really gave me insightful inspirational information that has helped me advance my study thanks for the great read

Already a PK'er
I have already been into telekinesis for many years, I have my own ways to get reality to bend without the randomness on occasion. My movement was with cigarettes lol but I could make major rolls towards me several feet away. But Sean really helps you focus more, practice often and just believe and watch for yourself because the more you do the more your mind knows and believes which in turn makes it happen and easier. I started my journey in 2015. ended it in 2018 but then came back, it's not like it used to be, but eventually I know I can make larger movements of any objects it was scary for a while and that's why I stopped. but my life needs something more after losing so much. I can change the world along with all of you by showing them there is so much more and nothing to fear, but love all and everything
