Best audiobook for ever

Life is full of stress and frustrations this audio book has you step back, clear your mind and take a deep breath with these daily exercises so you can be aware of your body language, watching what you say, journalism etc.. I found it very helpful when I start thinking negative to step back and say wait it is really not that bad. But only with practice will things be better in your life.

It indicates itself to being a great guide

I am learning so much from the book. It's like being tucked into bed by your mother, and told the most wonderful stories. I want to prefer this audiobook for everyone who is searching like this guide.

Really awesome listen audiobook

This is the book that I have been searching for

Beautiful audiobook! I recommend it. Mei Lynn Anderson's voice makes you travel back to childhood. I entered another dimension listening to it. I want to prefer this audiobook for everyone who is searching like this guide.

Just awesome listen audible book

The audio of this guided audiobook was very soothing, not only did the narrator put me to sleep with the help of the script. But my anxiety as dimmed down a lot. The audio quality was excellent then as for the script that was just as good. It has allowed me to have a better nights rest with minimal effort.

Easy to listen and understand

This audiobook is helpful for people who have trouble sleeping at night, this audiobook is really helpful for getting to sleep at night Loved every single bit of it. Easy listen, excellent narrator, smooth story. Loved the fact that meditations are ordered at the end of the audiobook.
