Just What I needed to get some real sleep
I’ve tried a ton of stuff for my restless nights, and this audiobook did the trick. The narrator’s voice is soothing without being too “sleepy-time story.” It’s just right to guide you to that relaxed state. There’s a balance of calming imagery and subtle reminders to release all the overthinking that normally keeps me up. What I loved most was how it broke through that initial wall of stress and overthinking, helping me drift off more naturally instead of counting sheep or staring at the ceiling.
